Rapides, de bons conseils et efficaces : autant la personne que j'ai eue au téléphone que celle qui est venue me dépanner ont été adorables. Des serruriers qui non seulement facilitent l'ouverture des portes (!) mais accompagnent avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de patience. La tarification était juste, et j'ai pu me faire rembourser par mon assurance grâce à eux. Merci mille fois !
